Our Story
Lab Courses started in 2016 when our founder got frustrated teaching traditional classes. She watched students memorize verb conjugations they'd never use, then forget everything in six months. So she rebuilt the whole thing from scratch — ditching the rigid curriculum, leaning into what neuroscience actually shows about language acquisition. Started with just 12 students in a cramped office space. Now we've worked with 847 learners across 23 different languages, and our retention rates sit 34% higher than industry standard. Still the same mission though: make languages stick.
